About Amealia Health

Amealia Health was founded to fill a gap in care—where women’s real lives, shifting hormones, and complex health needs are truly understood and supported.

Hi, I’m Chelsea Warren, a registered dietitian and board-certified health and wellness coach with nearly 20 years of experience in nutrition, behavior change, and women’s health. Over the years, I’ve worked in clinical settings, health plans, diabetes prevention, and corporate wellness—but I kept noticing the same thing: women were being told to eat less, stress less, or lose weight without anyone really listening to what they needed.

So I created Amealia Health—a virtual space where women receive evidence-based care, insurance-covered access, and practical support that actually fits their lives. My approach blends medical nutrition therapy with lifestyle coaching to support long-term wellbeing.

I offer 1:1 virtual sessions for:

  • Medical nutrition therapy (MNT)

  • Hormonal health

  • Heart health

  • Blood sugar and metabolic care

  • Prenatal and postpartum support

  • Perimenopause and menopause

  • Stress, sleep, and sustainable behavior change

  • Accountability and ongoing support

While I’m currently a team of one, I say “we” because Amealia Health is designed to grow—a collaborative space for nutrition and mental health professionals who share a commitment to whole-person, women-centered care.

At Amealia Health, we provide practical, whole-life nutrition and lifestyle support that moves beyond quick fixes and one-size-fits-all advice.

Our 1:1 virtual sessions focus on the key pillars of health—nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and mindset—to help you build sustainable habits that work in real life.

We partner with you to explore realistic changes, navigate setbacks, and stay aligned with your goals and values over time. Follow-up sessions offer space to adapt and refine your plan as life evolves.

Session Details

  • Initial Sessions: 60–90 minutes

  • Follow-Up Sessions: 30–45 minutes

  • Session frequency is individualized based on your needs and insurance coverage.

All sessions are held via secure video and include personalized guidance grounded in evidence-based care.
